Okay so the trip was worth it I think!

So Saturday I managed to drive to Fayetteville and did not get lost. My trusty GPS took me right to the Estate sale. I had to stand in line and wait for it to open, along with about 20 other people. I was a little apprehensive as the place was not the kind of home that would have a baby grand piano as advertised.. but - never judge a book by it’s cover. The deceased was the daughter of a woman I knew, that passed away as well . She owned this antique store that was a locals favorite, in an old log style home , the house she was born in, it went on and on and was next door to her new home. As I said she passed as well but many of the pieces in the estate were from her shop. It was so odd to see her label on some of the items. I found a few pieces I really liked and the prices were actually very reasonable. Well worth the trip. One little jewel was a bowl with applied poppies, Amphora Austria, Ernst Wahliss a real stunner. I picked it up the minute I walked in the place and never put it down again.
I have it listed already on eBay - at auction if it does not sell it’s already on Ruby Lane.
A word of promotion — GPS - GPS - GPS I can’t say it enough. This saves me so much time and money. The day before going I mapped out all the garage sales and estate sales I wanted to go on my laptop. I plugged in my GPS and off I went. I did not get lost until I started home and decided… I did not need it ! Then I spent an hour trying to track back!
